Shipping Information

For shipping rates and methods, please choose from the following:
Domestic Shipping
    (anywhere in the US, including Puerto Rico and APO / FPO addresses)
International Shipping
    (outside of the US)

Shipping policy: all in stock fabrics are shipped within five business days.   (Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.)

If the fabric you have ordered is not in stock, but we are certain that it will be coming again, we will contact you to let you know how long it will be until we receive the next shipment, and you can decide whether to wait (backorder) or cancel the item. For US orders we will ship in-stock items separately from backordered items with no additional cost to you. International orders cannot be split; they must be shipped complete, unless you're willing to pay extra postage costs.

Items that are flagged as being in "pre-order" status may be treated as a separate order, with regards to shipping (click here to read more about this on our pre-order page).

Undeliverable packages: Occasionally a package is undeliverable due to an error in address, or if there is no mail receptacle for it to be delivered to. If we make a mistake in the address, we will ship it again at our expense. But if the problem is not our fault, such as in the case of no mail receptacle or if we were provided with an incorrect or incomplete address, we must charge you whatever it costs us to send the package a second time. Please be sure that your address is complete when placing your order - especially if an apartment number is required!
