Every manufacturer has a different concept of how long to keep a fabric in print, how much to keep on hand in the warehouse, and so on. This company very often does only one printing of a particular design, and tries to have all the fabric sold to various buyers (like us) before it even arrives at the warehouse! This is good for them because they don't have to keep a lot of inventory on hand. It's hard for us, and for you, of course, because we are not likely to be able to reorder the fabrics. So if you see an Alexander Henry fabric you like, it's best not to take too long making up your mind about it. Otherwise you're likely to be disappointed!
