Sales tax: We are required to collect New York State Sales tax on all shipments to addresses within New York State. For details, click here.
Sample Swatches: We regret that due to time constraints as our business grows, we can no longer offer sample swatches. Instead, we have reduced our minimum cut to 1/4 yard. This is a linear cut, 9" x the width of the fabric, not "fat quarters". Since many of our fabrics are large scale prints, a quarter yard cut will give you a much better idea of the overall effect of the design.

Flame Retardant Fabrics: Most local Fire Ordinances require that when using fabric for display purposes in a public building, they must be Flame Retardant. Please note that NONE of our fabrics are flame retardant, and NONE of our fabrics meet the flammability standards for children's sleepwear.
Fabric Manufacturing: We are not a fabric manufacturer. If you have an idea for a fabric design, you must seek out a fabric manufacturer. Please be aware that fabric companies will not print less than 1500 - 3000 yards at a time.
